As you might expect from the name, Hopslam is the most complex hopping Bell's concocts in a beer, polished off by a large dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops. The result is a beer that's refreshingly hoppy, with intense and floral grapefruit, mango and earthy pine notes, quite malty with lingering honey through the finish.

Mama's Little Yella Pils - Our upcoming new canned good is a small-batch version of the beer that made Pilsen, Czechoslovakia famous. Mama's is made with hearty amounts of pale malt, German specialty malts, and a blend of traditional (Saaz) and 21st century Bavarian hops. Our first canned lager, it's also fermented at cool temperatures with a German yeast.

Albert. Able. Gordo. Miss Baker. Bonny. Goliath. Between 1948 and 1961 these primate pioneers and others bravely went where no man had ever gone before, paving the way for manned U.S. spaceflight. This hoppy little monkey of a beer is a tribute to those Simian heroes of yesteryear. It has a citrusy, floral hop aroma, a strong malt body, and a crisp finish.
This aromatic super-hybrid sticky IPA is first and foremost a phenomenally delicious and drinkable beer, with the added bonus of an olfactory experience that mimics that of the legendary G13 cannabis strain. The IPA base brew has a great body, good head and nice amount of haze at a pleasurable 6% ABV. To work with the malt bill, the brewers added some of their dankest hops, Columbus and Simcoe, plus two dry hop additions. To achieve the aroma, our brewers found the perfect botanically-sourced, strain specific terpenes and married them with proprietary natural hemp-type flavor, both perfectly complementing the hops in the IPA.
This new experiment in our Gallery Series is a collaboration with our good buddies and neighbors at Automatic Seafood. They provided over 60 pounds of oyster shells which we then scrubbed and dropped in the tank. What we got is a super crisp Pilsner with a touch of minerality.
The Observer is the latest in the Light Visions series. This beer is a triple dry hopped oat-based double IPA made with Cascade, Simcoe, and Sultana hops.
